Easyjet customer reviews

Used to be cool with easy jet. Always pack the same, it’s always fine. This time they force putting the bag on the tiny box that is smaller than the room there really is under the seat. I’m packed for one night, and returning my work computer. Was forced to pay £48, even thought I KNOW it fits under the seat because it has, packed for 2 weeks! Half the compartments up top were empty anyways. They forced it to charge people, and no other reason. Not safety, not a full flight. Will not fly them again unless forced again by a company. I’m hoping my company agrees to pay, as I also now have no work contract after this visit. Easy Jet is not worth it, and they are now taking nickel and diming people to a WHOLE new level. Avoid, avoid avoid.

Delays delays delays. Terrible food and a flight full of budget seeking chavs. First flight I’ve been in where a passenger was threatened with landing the plane elsewhere. Sorry but I feel easyJet attracts such customers.

I am still arguing with them, a month after our trip. They charged us for our luggage, while we were in line waiting to board the plane. We showed her our tickets, we paid for our luggage. She did not care, said that the other two flights we were on, did not matter that they let us on with our bags. So we are out 116 euros; she was not going to let us on the plane if we did not pay. Be prepared to be blackmailed at the boarding gate. They have offered a (1 yr) voucher, but we are not planning a trip to Europe in the next year or two and why would I fly with them! EasyJet has now washed their hands of this issue. There policy is not to refund money, for any reason! So they sent me a final email stating that they are done with my claim, offered a dispute resolution through AADR. I got a reply from AADR that they do not do conflict resolution for flights in Italy! How is it that EasyJet doesn't now that when they suggested that I use that avenue. IDIOTS !!!! They just don't care.

Had booked special assistance from easyJet flight from. Birmingham to Glasgow. Worst customer service in a while. Rude, combative staff who checked me in. Refused to give his name. The staff need re education about dealing with vulnerable people

I was flying from Antalya to Manchester with EasyJet, flight number 2146, departure at 16:40, date November 8, 2024. I went to the gate 66 and stood in line, passengers were not allowed to enter into gat e 66 to sit in the designated waiting areas, and an employee who was serving EasyJet kept people in a line along the shops, although at the neighbouring gates, people calmly entered their gates to wait and waited to be invited to the boarding counter. When my turn came, the employee asked me to show my boarding pass, although no one had warned anyone in advance that they needed to be ready for presentation. I started to take it out of the folder with documents, within a few seconds, and the employee began to aggressively shout at me that I should have been ready, told me to step aside, and demonstratively began to skip the entire queue behind me. I said that he was humiliating me and I wanted to look at his badge to address him by name, he started shouting and threatening aggressively that I was not a police officer to check his badge and he said that he could cancel my boarding. Many passengers in the queue heard this. I realized that I’d better to wait so he would calm down. Later, passengers tried to show their appreciation and calm me down and asked if everything was okay with me. Then, on the plane, the flight attendant member was impolite when they offered food, I was sleeping, then I woke up and asked the flight attendant for food and drinks, she told me that at the moment she was busy as she was selling goods from Duty-free, and she advised that when the cart passed to the end of the plane isle, then I could contact her again. I waited and then turned to her again and she replied with a sly smile that she could no longer serve me, that I should have stayed awake when they offered me food, it was strange to me since the flight was 5 hours long and they could have done everything. After that, when another steward passed me, I asked him if I could order food, to which he replied that he did not service this wing and that I should contact my stewardess and left. Then I wanted to go to the toilet and I could have passed by the cart with goods from Dutyfree, but the stewardess told me to return to my seat since it was inconvenient for her to move the cart, she said that until the cart passed my seat, I had no right to go to the toilet. And after that, she stood and flirted with male passengers, as well as with the stewards, and was in no hurry. I have been using EasyJet for over 10 years and considered it one of the best, and the flight attendants always managed to serve passengers and were friendly. I am sure that passengers can be served in 5 hours of flight. This is the first time I have encountered such an unfriendly and impolite team, and I am simply shocked, I experienced great stress. I still remember this flight as a nightmare. Next time I will think twice about using this airline. I hope they will take action. Viktoriia Batsman.
