My wife and I booked a custom Route66 Self Guided Tour with Eagle Rider, which we just finished (Sept 24 ). Chicago to LA with a couple of detours to see other sights - total 3500miles on Harley Davidson ElectraGlide Limited which run perfectly. The whole booking process with Miguel was excellent, picking up the bike in Chicago was first class thanks to Vasil and the drop off in LA again was a great experience. We rented our Street Glides and a Road Glide in Milwaukee and rode them to LA. The bikes performed awesome and the staff were great. The accommodation that was part of the package was really good too. Honestly can't recommend EagleRider Tours highly enough. It was an epic trip of a life time and EagleRider Tours made it possible. I rented a streetglide, the bike was clean and in very good condition. All the staff at reception were very friendly and gave good advice. If you're in Los Angeles and looking to rent a motorcycle, I recommend this address.

Overall this a good service and the bikes were sound. My only gripe is they are clearly very busy and it has become routine to them. It all felt quite impersonal and very much a sausage factory. Given the high cost of bike rental, it would be nice if it was a little more than just a rental car collection experience. Other than that, all good.
