Eagle Crest Resort

We stayed in a 3bd condo while visiting for a wedding. The area was beautiful, deer all over the golf course. We were on hole 8, great views. Because it was later in the season, we didn't get to use the pool and hot tubs close to us but we did take advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. Everyone onsite was nice, the condos were clean, spacious. It is a little far out from Bend, it's about 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic) to get to the places we needed for the wedding and other wedding-related facilities. I would highly recommend staying here, very family friendly too.

This is a beautiful resort with so much going on. It is spread out with golf courses, sports centers, restaurants, and hot tubs. The rooms are very clean and nicely done. We really enjoyed our stay.

We rented an Airbnb in the Eagle Crest Resort and it was wonderful. We went to the sport centers to use the pool and it was well kept and very clean. The employees are wonderful and so nice and helpful! They were always happy to see us and assist in anything we needed.

This was not an enjoyable resort, severely dated, has no quality control when it comes to cleanliness and is short staffed. I’ve reached out to this resort twice and have yet to hear back from them regarding the issues we experienced. 1. Peep Hole Safety Concern - hole was open to the outside hall and stuffed with a tissue by housekeeping rather than fix. 2. Severe water damage is visible in the living room and bathroom. 3. Tile damage in bathroom is concerning as it can cause someone to get hurt and cut themselves 4. Missing chairs - we couldn’t use our balcony because our room was missing chairs. I called twice and requested and they were promised but never delivered. 5. Lack of thoroughness by house keeping - our room had pillows missing from the living room, and that were completely lopsided. I travel regularly for work and this was not a quality stay for the price we paid. The customer service lacks incredibly and it shows. I would recommend you stay anywhere else for the money you have to pay to stay here.

Really enjoyed our couple nights at this resort and the fact that they accommodated our small dog and parking of our small travel trailer. Great place for family’s and there is plenty to do without leaving the resort area. Just about a 25 minute drive to downtown Bend.
