This hotel does not deserve just four stars because the service here is excellent from the moment you step through the door, where there is always a sweet-smiling young lady to greet you every time you enter. All the staff are well-trained, always cheerful, and friendly with the guests, no matter how tiring their work might be. These qualities far exceed the expectations of the customers. You don’t even need to call for help — just a smile, and they’ll come to assist you. The Nepali people seem to naturally have such great manners. As for the rooms, they are clean and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, all of which function perfectly. The rooftop bar has a great atmosphere, a cool and relaxing vibe, and delicious cocktails. This hotel deserves five or even six stars, not just four. Thank you for the outstanding service!

This is an outstanding hotel in Kathmandu. The staff go out of their way to help and the rooms are luxurious with very comfortable beds. There is a gorgeous rooftop bar that serves yummy snacks. The ground floor restaurant serves excellent Thai food.The breakfast buffet is plentiful though getting a “quick” coffee can be a bit of a challenge. This hotel is definitely very highly recommended.

Had a lovely time here, the staff are extremely friendly and considerate. Unfortunately I came down with an illness during my stay (no fault of the hotel) and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Would definitely stay again!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! recently attended a college event at Dusit Princess Kathmandu, and the experience left me deeply disappointed due to the unacceptable behavior of the security staff. From the moment we arrived, the security personnel displayed an unprofessional and unnecessarily rude attitude, which was entirely uncalled for. What was particularly shocking was their refusal to even let us stand on the hotel grounds without being treated with hostility. This behavior is not something one expects from any hospitality establishment, let alone one that claims to maintain high standards. Having visited several other premium and luxury hotels in the past, I can confidently say that I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment from hotel staff, no matter the price range. It is extremely disheartening that a hotel of this caliber fails to train its security staff in basic courtesy and hospitality. This experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and welcoming environment. Such behavior tarnishes the reputation of the hotel and overshadows any positive aspects it may have.
