The hotel is tucked away in a really quiet and cool place. Best thing about the hotel is the food! Super delicious (almost homey), to-die for salads and heavenly pastries and desserts. The rooms are really cosy and incredibly clean. Can't wait to enjoy the meals again!

I attended the Christmas tree lighting at Dusit Princess Hotel Residence Nairobi, and it was an incredible experience! Nestled in a quiet, lovely location, the hotel offers top-notch security checks that are thorough yet friendly. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making the evening even more delightful. The interiors are stunning—classy, ambient, and beautifully designed. As a cocktail enthusiast, I must say their mixologist outdid themselves! While I didn’t have a full meal, the bites served were fresh and absolutely delicious. I’m already planning my next visit and would highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting the vibrant city of Nairobi!

This is a lovely apartment hotel located in Westlands in Nairobi. The location is very good. It's just off the expressway offering a quick ride to and from the airport. Also there is an Artcaffe, Chandrana and Zucchini located very close by. The reception is rather small and uninspiring. But the property does not disappoint. The rooms are large and well designed. I had only one major complaint about the room and that was the absence of a proper work desk. The dining table can be used as one and if there was an accessible power port, this would have worked fine. Of course an office desk chair would have been lovely. Each apartment has a lovely living room and a kitchenette. The kitchen doesn't have adequate cookware and I did not check if it was available on request. Please check my review of another place nearby that has a better kitchen. The room missed an electric iron and an ironing board. It would have been great to have one in the room. The bathrooms are well designed and there are no challenges here. The housekeeping staff cleans and changes the bed linen every day and I felt that the hotel could be greener in this department. The hotel has a heated pool that is a bit too small, has a gym and a working sauna. The restaurant and bar is great. The staff is extremely helpful! The hotel also feels safe. The security sometimes seems a bit extreme! The breakfast buffet is decent and has a lot of stuff for vegetarians and even some for weight watchers.

The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful. Entering the hotel is very safe with security checks. The only downside is the hotel is a bit hidden. Breakfast selection is also great with a wide choice from fruits, yogurt, meats and some deserts. The hotel also had a great gym providing enough equipment for most training routines. There is also a heated indoor pool that is great. The bar and lounge on the 8th floor provides a great vibe. I will definitely go there again.

The Dusit Princess What an awesome hotel experience! This hotel help to make my Kenyan stay one of legend! The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly and always accommodating. My room was always clean neat and ready for me everyday. The security features are unmatched as I felt totally secure the entire stay. It is in a very nice area of Nairobi so I highly recommend it. I will definitely be staying there again hopefully very soon.
