Dunkin' Donuts

I've never seen apple fritters like these. They were more of a twisted donut and then they were stuffed in the middle with squeezed canned apple pie filling. The donut wasn't cooked all the way so the inside around the apple pie area was raw. They shouldn't be one piece of dough twisted with filling. They are supposed to be pieces of dough put together and have chunks of apple all over the donuts not gooey apple pie filling, yuck. Four bucks for two bad donuts.

How is it possible that, at 7AM on a Saturday, a coffee kiosk CANNOT MAKE COFFEE?!?! Been waiting now THIRTY MINUTES for a stupid mocha. Incompetent drones behind the counter don’t understand how to use their own machinery. Now there’s a huddle in front of the cappuccino machine wherein FOUR employees discuss procedure.

Time and time again this location fails to deliver. I have to tell you the volume of people that leave this restaurant without ordering or upset is significant. We all have our bad days but today was just unacceptable. I assumed visiting at 1pm can't be bad so I gave it another try. What a mistake. I placed an on the go order and walked it noticing it was not ready. I gave them a few minutes and then became agitated when employees are talking on their store phone and personal devices. After 10 minutes I asked for a refund and they asked me "for what?" The manager had become involved and showed the employee that my order sat unprocessed for 10 minutes. On several other occasions I pull up to drive through and hear the manager coaching staff over the drive through speaker. Orders are routinely incorrect or just ignored. Sometime they are out of the cup sizes and I find my order downgraded to a smaller size. Lines are impossible to navigate so it's just best to ignore this location for Starbucks where you will be valued as a customer. The manager is aware of these issues but she does not do anything to resolve. I invite the capital partners at this location to secret shop themselves. Take 30 minutes on a weekend or even weekday morning and watch it all unfold. Your profits are literally walking out the front door and people are not wanting to return. From a corporate perspective, this location is tarnishing your brand. From a service perspective I get I am not buying a Lexus but it should not be this complicated or stressful.
