Just received a shower safety bench in the mail. One of the plastic plugs tat the top on the back is missing. Trying to get it replaced.

In less than a year the brakes went on my mother's walker. It was replaced by the supplier and once again the brakes were no good within 6 months. This time there was no replacement but after I complained about the shoddy quality of the walker, Drive Medical sent me a one time replacement part for the brakes however without instructions.

Many of the complaints about Drive would be solved if only Drive allowed distributors to take care of their customers. But they have an upside down pricing regime. Drive sells its goods super cheap to Amazon (at half of the price offered to distributors). Distributors cannot compete and are unable to take care of customer issues and complaints.

Excellent customer service. A real person answered the telephone. I purchased a Drive Rollator from Amazon. A small cable clip for the brake was missing. I called Drive Medical. They sent one to me. No hassle. It arrived the next day.

I purchased a Drive Offset Cane w/ Gel Grip Handle. When I opened the literature that came with the cane, there was a California Prop 65 Warning on it! When I called about it, the customer service lady, Ailene Cee laughed & told me that as long as I did not put the painted part of the cane in my mouth, I was fine! My grandchildren & I handle my canes & I'd be afraid that they may then inadvertently put their hands to their mouths after touching these canes!! I am totally disgusted with a Medical Device company that puts cancer causing chemicals in their canes. I was told by Ailene that ALL of their products have this warning on them!! I will NEVER again purchase from a company that has such disregard for their customers!!! I would give these products a 0 star if I could!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!
