I have been using Doxy.me since the pandemic started in 2020 and the connection problems have gotten so much better! The program runs smoothly and is so easy to use and the communication from Doxy has been wonderful! I love the blur screen offered now and being able to take payments right in session. The cost is more than reasonable and improvements happen at a nice pace! Thanks Doxy for making my work easier!

Great, intuitive telehealth platform. With free version and wellpriced white label version that is useful and will be a gamechanger for any healthcare provider working remotely.

Never had issues on my end. Sometimes if a client uses a cell phone and they get texts/calls, it will freeze but that is not Doxy's fault. Never had a problem when a client was using a laptop or desktop computer. Happy overall with the platform.

Total 100% waste of very expensive time. Logged on on smartphone, and doxy.me froze. Started over. Our provider briefly appeared before it returned to showing "us" - the patient - in the "waiting room " Provider eventually phoned us on a landline to say we needed to reschedule. They said it's "something that just happens sometimes with Doxy.me" Completely unacceptable. Will never use it again and do not recommend it for you or your medical providers. Healthcare in the United States can and should be better than this.

I like the ease of the platform, however the streaming ability and stability of the audio is very poor. I don't like using zoom but it is very reliable, unfortunately doxy is not. I hope the quality of the connection improves with feedback.
