I have been using Doxy.me since the pandemic started in 2020 and the connection problems have gotten so much better! The program runs smoothly and is so easy to use and the communication from Doxy has been wonderful! I love the blur screen offered now and being able to take payments right in session. The cost is more than reasonable and improvements happen at a nice pace! Thanks Doxy for making my work easier!

I like the ease of the platform, however the streaming ability and stability of the audio is very poor. I don't like using zoom but it is very reliable, unfortunately doxy is not. I hope the quality of the connection improves with feedback.

THE DOXY COMPANY MANUFACTURES CHEAPLY MADE MASSAGERS THAT CANNOT BE TRUSTED. The DOXY company does not have a phone number and the directions are worthless as their poorly designed outdated technology. I guess that is British job security at its best. The doxy3r is a joke at best and their claim of being a superior british product is not funny. The directions have no trouble shooting page. Plus the directions leave a lot to be desired and are skimpy at best plus they do not a have known repair facilty in any form or manner. They wasted a large amont of black ink with white ink to impress people. Don't buy this poorly engineed piece of British Junk that became disabled and obsolete after one week of of light use. By the Way I paid $250.00 to Zorbas In Scottsdale az and I asked them politley to repair it which they refused to do so and they refused to compensate me plus they refused to locate repair services. Warning Don't buy products from Zorbas because their promises cannot be trusted in any form or manner. They are sleazes who don't careabout other peoples consumer rights in any form or manner. Alec at Zorbas said it was guranteed for a year and the owner Mr. Merlyn refused to offer asistance and refused to help period in technology since the directions are so poorly written. After this I will only purchase American Made Products because the Doxy3r sucks and has no repair support period and Zorbas who sold it to me refused to help me in any from or manner to bring a positive solution to their God awful business tactics.ALL GUYS TALK ABOUT IS HOW GREAT DOXY IS WELL ITS OBVIOUS YOU COULD CARE LESS TALKING ABOUT HOW GREAT YOUR DOX3R IS. JUST REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE POS THAT WAS SOLD TO ME AND I WILL REMOVE MY TRUTHFUL COMMENT. BTW THERE IS ONLY ONE COMPANY WWITH THE NAME OF DOXY.

Great, intuitive telehealth platform. With free version and wellpriced white label version that is useful and will be a gamechanger for any healthcare provider working remotely.

Never had issues on my end. Sometimes if a client uses a cell phone and they get texts/calls, it will freeze but that is not Doxy's fault. Never had a problem when a client was using a laptop or desktop computer. Happy overall with the platform.
