Nice area, nice ambience and the hotel was ok but the rooms had very little light source like install more lights. So far the only brightest spot in my room was the toilet 🫠

The guard helped me with my bags. The hotel does seem a bit aged. Breakfast had a lot of selection. Room was clean, but there was no tissue or face cloth. The WC needs a bit thorough cleaning though. Overall ok considering I just needed a place to stay while condicting training elsewhere.

Stay there for one night, but very dispointed with service. I requested for breakfast at room because i cant go down with my baby alone as my husband go for run. But they reluctant and agree at last but then the breakfast given was pack like at kedai container, with ayam yg sejuk, kek sejuk, donut yg sejuk. I wonder when the meal was cook. Im very dispointed and frustated as i always stay here but the service become more and more teruk. I am so sad the food was pack like that, just mcm tak ikhlas utk bagi kami makan, dengan makanan yang sejuk. No drink given also. So sad. The room also, only 2 towel given. No small towel given, the sink also clogged. Please improve your service!

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very nice and friendly. There are food truck and stall within 5 mins walk. Convenient store just right beside the hotel.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. Lift was very slow. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible especially the woman in cafe entrance checking for breakfast. The only hotel which provide breakfast for one person, not for two. In terms of rooms, there are worst quality. My bed have somebody's hair. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re-settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner, and I even found one unused box of bottled water. I wanted to write more, but I think it is waste of time. Consider me , do not go with this Dorsett Putrajaya.
