Extremely Disappointing Experience with Domino's Outlet I would give it minus rating but unfortunately there is no option for that. I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction with the Domino's outlet I have been ordering from. Despite giving them three chances, I have faced issues every single time. Firstly, I received an undercooked and poorly packed pizza not once, but twice! I explicitly informed them about the previous incident, but they still managed to mess it up. The third time, I faced a new set of problems. The pizza arrived 30 minutes late, and I still haven't received my promised refund of ₹300. To make matters worse, the delivery person forgot to include the oregano and chili flakes packets. When I brought this to their attention, the delivery boy had the audacity to tell me to order from a different outlet and invest my money elsewhere! Furthermore, I had a terrible experience when I visited the store in person. I ordered a regular pizza and a medium pizza, but due to being in a rush, I didn't double-check the bill. When I reached home, I discovered that the pizzas were not what I had ordered! To add insult to injury, they charged me for the pizzas I received, even though I didn't ask for them. This experience has taught me to always cross-check the bill, which defeats the purpose of choosing a reputable brand like Domino's over local ones. I have raised multiple complaints, but no concrete actions have been taken. The manager called me at an ungodly hour of 12-1 AM, which is unacceptable. I provided detailed feedback about the pizza's taste, packaging, and baking, but it seems like they're not interested in improving. The lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. I expect a higher standard from Domino's, especially considering their reputation. Until they address these issues, I would advise others to think twice before ordering from this outlet.

This is much needed outlet of Domino's on Hudkeshwar road and nearby Mhalgi nagar, Uday nagar , ashirwad nagar and Dighori. Now it is easy to get delivered your pizza order as earlier it's not available in my place. I haven't visited this place physically but ordered Panner Paratha Pizza from Dominoz app and Nonveg loaded from swiggy both were well baked and awesome in taste.Domino's has maintained his legacy in terms of taste and customer centric approach. As i was browsing in Zomato and suddenly got to see 50% off on Domino's and only 1km far from my place. When i was on checkout page price seems to be too high for 1km though I have applied for offer. Zomato only takes your order but delivary will done by Domino's rider. So please make sure to check Domino's app as well for low prices. I have got less price as compared to Zomato by applying wallet money and some offer. Recently experienced Farmhouse pizza and it was tasteless. Purely disatisfied with taste. Toppings were not have taste they just feels like eating raw veggies. Not expected from Domino's.

Gave us the wrong order, Never ordering again Edit: After a few weeks my gluttony overwhelmed me and I ordered, still got disappointed ☹️. You can see the pepperoni garlic bread below it was undercooked or something and dry.

The pizza not at all looked even 50% of what they show in picture. Also cutting down on the amount of cheese they put in these days. No where near to my earlier experience.

Yes, i have visited the store personally, and they hive first preference to online orders only and i have waited 10 min approx , but shes not even taking my order man! Second she asks to place a online order, though i was physically present over there, third she didnt wore any handgloves , she came for placing order and also making pizzas also , without washing hands to.
