The prices of my favorite styles never fail to shock me, LOL! But, they also have a nice selection for people with champagne taste on a beer budget. My sisters and our daughters all found an appropriate black dress for my mom's funeral in one visit.

I went for a return to Dior cosmetics, at first was a little bit confused, until Karla Corral approached me. She was very friendly ,helpful and empathetic. More people like her please 🙏🏻 great customer service!! Thanks again for your help.

Simone at the MAC counter was amazing. She walked me through a new routine, helped me color match, and addressed skin issues. While checking out she remembered I said I was in McAllen for work and asked if I was checking a bag to fly. TSA would have thrown that 65 dollar cleanser in the trash without a second thought. Excellent customer service, She gave me the information on how to buy online and a few samples for the road. 10 Stars.

Dillards lost a very loyal customer. I spend a lot of money in that store every month. Their store management should have better policies in place and know who their customers are before they treat them like garbage. I purchased two pairs of jeans for a business trip and when I tried them on at home, discovered they were about 4 inches too long and I didn’t have time to get any alteration so I come return the jeans today and one of the jeans the tag was pulled off. They refused to take it as a return. The manager and the sales clerk were extremely rude and treating me like I was some kind of criminal because I had tried the jeans on at home. Very unprofessional and not customer friendly at all. Won’t be going back!

the orange haired lady at the parfum de marly booth stopped her conversation to stare me down while I was trying on a cologne and didn't say a word to me, I felt very judged for sampling a sample.
