Digital River - EN

Delayed payment for July I have been using Digital River for over 5 years, but the recent changes have been quite disappointing. Most notably, I have yet to receive the payment for July, which is over 60 days. This delay is making me concerned about the financial stability of Digital River. Is the company experiencing financial difficulties, or is it possibly heading toward closure? I would appreciate your clarification on this matter and a timeline for when I can expect the payment.

Sad, we paid for Autodesk, payment was complicated, had to go to the bank to do the transfer in person, took me half a day. Then never got access to the program. Got in contact with customer service, said they will handle the case. No news for a year, then they just tell me to go through Autodesk customer service platform... a year later. I still don't have access to autodesk. Non-sens. Sorry, we gave you much time to fix the problem, I hope other customer don't get rip off.

I ordered VMWARE Fusion and the order was supposed to process within 24 hours. 5 days later and Broadcom says they have not received any order. Many calls and many hours of time and case numbers with both Broadcom and Digital River produced nothing. I am cancelling the order, and based on these other reviews in terms of getting refunds processed, I will submit this as fraud to the credit card company before the window expires.

They're either incompetent of running a scam. I canceled my subscription well before the deadline and received confirmation that it was canceled. 2 weeks later, they billed me again for an automatic subscription renewal. Perhaps I need to visit in person to recover what they've stolen from me.

I don't even know what the heck this is and there is a charge on my bank statement! I've definitely reported you all for Fraud!!!!
