They are simply thieves. You pay via them, but they will not pay the companies who use their service. And they do not refund you with all kinds of false excuses. I will involve the authorities. this is FRAUD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I bought a software Microsoft 365 online, 48 CHF. However I didn't get the Key product (password ) for installation. I did a calling to contact no. 041 435500520 and the system has automatically set to end the call. After an hour I contacted my swiss bank to pending the payment. The bank replied that the money was already booked from the my bank account. Later I wrote a contact message in their contact messasge chanel to contact me back immediately. No one contact me in this opening time ( 8.00-16.00). This company SwissSoftware 24 is a scammer. It works under the name of company Digital River GmbH ( adress of receipt). Swiss bank will send me a form of investigation. Please do not buy anything from this company !!!!

Don't be disappointed and find out this won't unlock CERTAIN MODELS Of Galaxy mobile phones . UNLESS YOU perform a factory reset.!! Very misleading product description. 😌 Make sure your model is one of the few compatible phones. It didn't work for my model S 10. But I learned this after the fact. After I purchased it. NO, I didn't get my money back. Thx but I'll pass on the credit to purchase another type of product from you. Unacceptable IMHO 👎

I Bought software that didn't work for me and after contacting digital river explaining I got nothing for my money they refused my refund. Terrible way to deal with customers. They've basically scammed me and ripped me off. My advice is stay well away from digital river
