I have started a return/exchange at the end of December, the company received the returned pair of ugg boots on January 4th and to this date, Jan 27th they have not been able of refund me. I have called, texted, emailed ever since and all I get ia they are working on it and they are allowed to have more days but once those days are over turns out they will "be nice" and start an inquiry but they need 3 to 5 days more. Thise days arw done and over and still no refund amd when I call again turn out that upsy weekends are not counted...even though the escalation was on a Monday and 3-5 days do not hit a weekend. A bunch of inepts!

Worst quality Ugg I’ve ever had. Give UGG since 1974 their company and name back cause you guys do a HORRIBLE job. Cheap materials, weak shoe, they weren’t like this until this company took over and put its “American corporate” spin on it (making it w/ cheaper material to “save money”) Move around, you guys can probably make other shoes but you SUCK at making Uggs.

Terrible brand, stealing names and suing companies. Typical American cutthroat capitalist behavior. But probably has ok toilets, so they got that going for them.

The "ugg" boots here are rubbish. Buy the original from ugg since 1974. The original and still the best.
