support staff just hangs up on you when you call for support. and you have to call for support constantly because this software is so poorly designed you'll be spending more time trying to get it to work than you will spend actually using it.

Completely incompetent organization from the top down. If you are a car dealer, be prepared to lose customers over this garbage company and their alleged products. Hey CEO, you are a disgrace after what you are doing to people during Covid. Shame on you. End customers are incurring fines and you just take their money and run with no accountability. How do you have a job?

The building looks beautiful from the outside. Unfortunately I did not enter the building. But I did see an indoor basketball court. Looks pretty cool.

New dt interface sucks!!! Nothing works. Always stuck and can't submit deals, already lost 4 deals to other dealers bec the system didn't allow me to submit to the bank. Everyone is allowed to run credit, even though I didn't auth them to. Phone app doesn't work either. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
