The people in their so called "legal" team are uneducated and don't know how to talk to people and think they are above law. Baseless allegations and unethical means of doing business is what the legal team is best at!

My Experience with Dassault Systemes India, It was one of harassment. We are a small firm engaged in manufacturing of products. We received a phone call from a delhi law firm stating that we are using Pirated copy of Solidworks, this call was out of the blue and felt like it was a blackmail to either buy our solidworks software or come to delhi high court to fight a case. After explaining to them that we are not using solidworks or any other software for modeling, they disagreed and said they have proof. When i asked them please share proof, they said we will not. So this corporate giant is going to file a case against my small firm for using their software and are not even ready to share proof for it. We on the other hand are searching all our computers to see if solidworks is downloaded, but we haven't found any solidworks files on any of the computers. This is just pure harassment and we as a small firm are short of resources. I have nothing against this software but because of this type of harassment I will never use this software again, there are a lot of others available and you cannot force me or blackmail me to buy your software using a law firm as a tool to get more business.
