Curve Dental

Not quite a curve... more like a rollercoaster. I decided to hop on the Curve Hero train in mid-October 2024, hoping for a smooth ride. Unfortunately, it’s been more of a nightmare journey. I’m still waiting for training on Curve Gro, the feature that allows my staff to send text messages and use other crucial tools. Despite informing the project manager well in advance that my practice was starting in early November, progress has been as slow as molasses in January. The project manager rarely responds to emails or phone calls—it’s like playing hide-and-seek, but nobody told me they’d be hiding this well. The software itself seems decent (from what little I’ve been able to use), but I can’t fully utilize it. The mobile app? Haven’t seen it yet. My receptionist is practically begging for the ability to text patients, but alas, Curve Gro remains just a dream. Starting a new practice is tough enough without these added headaches. So, if you're considering Curve Dental, be warned: this software requires significant training—and patience. Lots of patience. Would I recommend it to someone starting a new practice? Only if they enjoy frustration as much as I enjoy coffee. (Hint: not at all.)

Have used Curve for years now and it has been great. Only a four star review instead of a five due to how they handled an expired credit card on our autopayments. When the monthly payment didn't go through, they sent an email to the Dr's personal email account and then shut off service and access to Curvehero. They didn't even call the office first to let us correct it. The remote access is great and the system is very easy to navigate even for those not familiar with dental software. Wish it would work on an ipad and the insurance verification worked for our local insurances. Overall, we have been happy with Curve for our office.

We have been with Curve for 10+ years. We have loved it. Easy to use and they are constantly adding and improving. Are they perfect? No, but they are on the quest to be the best. We highly recommend them! You can learn to use the software in 5min or less. Training new users is so easy.

I've been using curve since 2014. Best customer service and wait times of any company I work with. After signing up for Curve Gro we experienced a flood of positive reviews on Google due to our campaign to obtain patient feedback. Very pleased how the reviews have positively influenced new patient inflow and calls to our office.

I am a general dentist and have been using Curve now for over 6 years. The software is not difficult to learn, is very user friendly and has a lot less "clicks"/steps than other dental software programs. The customer service is also outstanding, they answer the phone quickly and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
