CSL Plasma

I have never had problems with CSL in the past, but the last time I donated, there was a big one. I was donating on 12/5/2024 and I guess the flow of plasma or blood was moving slow so the alarm sounded and the lady came over and turned it off, then she lefted the tape to adjust the needle and normally they either move it out a little and everything is fine but this time she jams it in deeper and it starts to hurt and I started to get an air bubble on my arm. So I tell her and she turns the machine off. So my blood was not returned to me. I understand the staff is ready to go home at the end of the day, but she just jammed the needle deeper into my arm, which they normally don't do. Now I have a bruise on my arm, and my arm is in pain. I'm also am deferred until 2/1/2025 for something that was not my fault. Like I said, I have not had any problems in the past, but this was uncalled for. I called up to CSL, and they said they would let her manager know, and they would get back to me, but of course, that didn't happen. I have been donating for a while. I definitely would like to talk to someone from corporate. Why am I deferred

The staff was nice and if I could give them 5 starts alone I would. The Nurse that works here is very unprofessional though and acted like she had an attitude that I was too busy on my phone while trying to text my husband about our toddler as it was very important. She asked me if I took any medications or supplements and I told her no, so after she asks "So you're not taking your supplements that you were last time?!" Again I said No. Note: People are allowed to stop taking things. If I tell you I stopped taking something then I did. It was Moringa at that which was never an issue. After she was very short with me and said, "No you can't donate because you have an open cut on your hand!" I explained that my hands are just naturally dry from washing my hands alot here recently. (We are moving and have been packing and cleaning alot). Regardless, it's the season for cracked hands, dry skin, etc and the scratch on my arm was ok but not the teenie tiny cut 🤔 Yet when you have a wound from them jabbing you 3 times in a row, you can come back and donate with that though right 🙄 Makes sense 👍 I think if she would correct her attitude and not be so rude then maybe it wouldn't have seemed so unpleasant. And considering it's the season for dry and/or cracked hands then include those things on the website and/or a flyer so people don't waste driving 40 minutes and a few hours like me just to be turned away. I hope they can talk with this "Nurse" because she one negative nancy.

STAY AWAY! staff feels overentitled and frankly, it feels like I'm being processed into jail... I have donated five times at this center couple of days ago. I went there and they blatantly discriminated me and rejected me because of a 'scab' in my right hand?? Still dont know what she saw.. the lady at the medical area, big black lady didn't even examined me and said come back when it heals.... WHEN WHAT HEALS??!! Tamika the person that took my vitals sold me out because she was in a bad mood and sent me to a medical with a 'scab' that at this day, I don't know what they all meant. My hands were clean and I'm a perfectly healthy individual trying to donate. NASTY STAFF WITH NASTY POLICIES NEVER COMING BACK

I got deferred for a 2nd time this week today for a small cut on my arm because it is red even though it's scabbed over. I've never been deferred for a small cut like this and I've been donating for literally years. I've had them before without a doubt because I work outdoors a lot. So freaking irritating picture is of the cut they deferred me over twice. UPDATE: I got a rash and understandably couldn't donate for a couple weeks,but got deferred for a 5th time today for what's a scar. Pic attached of that. The nurse that works weekday nights needs to get better training or something.shes the only one who goes overboard. After I get my last promotional payment I will never donate at this company again. Their policy is way overboard. Even if I donated just to help out I wouldn't come here,because of the amount of my time they have wasted. UPDATE: Went back today a week later, 4/13 and finally didn't get deferred. Pick of the same spot on my hand added today. But instead of getting the $100 I was supposed to get last week,I only got $50. Beyond irritated with this company I couldn't even get my full bonus. Never in my 5 plus years of donating has this happened.

This location should be shut down immediately! The nurses do NOT know how to stick and when THEY mess up you get deferred. How the hell is that fair!?! Nurse stuck me one time and I started burning, I told her to immediately take it out because obviously she hit a nerve and that wasn’t good. I got deferred for 3 months! Excuse me!? Not my fault you don’t know what you are doing! The vitals line is always long with 1 check in person. Then the nurses on the floor talk too much, fight about who gets to stick who, who’s going on lunch, and 10 beds just sitting there. I rather wait another hour and go back to Biolife. At least they know how to stick!

They might take a minute when it's busy, but they try to get everyone through quick n efficient. They are nice and some make you laugh making the whole...

I just went there for the first time the other day and will confirm what others have said. Way understaffed and poorly managed. Grifols has plenty of staff...

The staff is great but is never there. They are constantly understaffed and poorly managed. Expect to be there for 3 to 4 hours. The staff is over worked...
