Would definitely recommend this location to anyone thinking about donating. Staff is great, especially Brie. Best customer service I have had anywhere. Professional, thoughtful and funny. That girl is going to do amazing things!

I would give them zero stars after this experience I successfully donated on sept 4 and I have yet to be paid and I cannot donate until IT problem is fixed which I will not be compensated for all the waiting. I’ve been lied to multiple times and ignored . Went all the way to center after being ignore just to be told there’s still nothing they can do for me . They just steal your plasma and don’t pay you or give any answers I’ll never come back here! And after all these years of being treated so well by Staci and Paul and many others Brandy was not helpful and is the main one avoiding me. And I’ve called the customer service number that you provided and there’s nothing they can do either because center keeps closing my escalation tickets

I didn’t feel comfortable writing this on my own account so i’m writing this on my aunts account. I was at the clinic today around 8:30pm and saw Kathy verbally abusing and cussing at Albert. She not only caused a scene but continued to disrespect him in front of others! Very unprofessional and rude, made me feel uncomfortable while Albert was helping me. Albert was so helpful, my arm was hurting and he came to see what the issue was & tell me what was happening. This was my first time coming and Kathy’s aggressive behavior makes me reconsider ever returning.

Yet again, for the 6th visit, ever since being selected for anti d, I am stopped from checking in and forced to go see staff. Come up with a system for potential anti d people that doesn't include them being stopped from joining the queue. Stop making us lose time on donation visits to update me on anti d. They keep saying they will contact me, but instead I'm stopped at check in when I'm going to donate. Out of these 6 times I was paid more once. I was allowed to skip the line once. Yet you cost me 30 minutes to an hour to tell me something about anti d. I have to wait for staff to check people in before they help me. There's so many better ways to do this. Call me. Let me check in and get a spot in line before talking to me. I'm often waiting an hour as it is. Then 45 minutes to donate. Anther 30-60 minutes to talk to me for 5 minutes is absurd. 10 minutes of waiting to talk to someone. 5 minutes of talking. 5-10 people got in line during this time. That's 10 minutes extra a person. I've complained every time. I've called corporate after getting an attitude from staff when complaining. Still they stop me from checking in every time. Please stop this. Or let me go to the front of the line. Certainly don't give me attitude for not wanting my time wasted for your gain. Anti D should never be a reason to put a hold on someone checking in. Stop doing it. And stop acting like it's not a big deal to make me wait longer. And stop replying here telling me to contact you. I did that. Twice. Your phone support is far worse than the people I'm complaining about. Just more of my time being waisted without a car in the world from you. I bet if I don't show up for my appointment next week, you'll have a problem with me. And I won't have a care in the world about it. And I'll do it 5 more times, acting like you are the problem when you have anything to say about it. My time is not less valuable than yours. If you don't want me acting like you have less rights because you weren't born here, don't treat me different because you're an employee and I'm a customer. If your miserable with your job, which I completely understand, don't take it out on me. Go say it to your bosses.

If I could give less than a star I would. They got new machines which is supposed to make donating faster however the wait time to actually get started is well over an hour at a time. They seem to have gotten SLOWER at seating people
