CSG Forte

This company sucks along with Xfinity. They denied my payment for no reason to a checking account that I've had since 2021. Owethu was the CSG customer service rep I spoke to today around 2:45pm who told me that the superivsor refused to come to the phone and refused to help me any further. CSG Forte in conjunction with Xfinity are not in compliance with Federal laws that dictate you should be able to pay debts with any legal tender at the store. I suspect this is to validate further late fees and reconnection fees when either of their systems are down or malfunctioning which is super fraudulent.

I own a small property mgmt company. Every time they decide to verify my accounts, they come up with new layers of verification. Currently they have held my tenants rent pmt for 2 weeks! I now have to get my attorney involved to get them to RELEASE MY FUNDS!!!

Update: They did reach out and promptly corrected the problem. For well over a decade our business has used Forte for their ACH and CC processing needs. Then today I receive an email saying they are using a "new sponsor bank that does not allow this type of business". Forte no longer desires to work with businesses that conduct sales, finance, or any businesses who are licensed with the Dept. of Financial Institutions? How CSG Forte will remain in business when half their clientele falls into the sales/finance/services category is a mystery. I am truly disheartened CSG Forte doesn't value decades long relationships. So many mergers... all that is left is a dishonest, deceitful company with zero integrity or loyalty to their clients. Fair warning to any business looking to sign up for CSG Forte services. CSG Forte can and will disrupt your business freely and willingly without cause or justification.

Avoid this company at all cost. After using them for a year the notified me they would no longer support me business. I proceeded to close my account and select another provider, however I'm still being billed by them for process fees even though my account is closed. My account has been closed for 7month and they still can't fix the issues.

Called to ask a question about a transaction that they deposited in to my account and how I could locate what the transactions was and the guy on the phone said I would have to call the software that I use that takes my payments. I said well on the funding tab I am able to see what you guys deposit and where it came from but I am not able to find the amount for $775.00 so can you explain why I can see the $40.00 deposit but not the $775.00 deposit. He hung up on me. All I wanted to was verify my accounting was correct.
