I agree with the unpleasant working environment, and stress between personal and professional life. No one cares about the company, they all waiting to see when the companay will sink. We are no longer sure whether there is still a buyer for it. Not solid strategy for the past 5 years, way too much process from an old school IBM guy, and an incompetent management. Actually there are more managers than people prdouce work for customers. This company looks like the one in Asterix and Obelix when nobody knows where to find the file 324 to be able to get the the file 560 requesting a small change. It's a crazy house for employées et very complex model & organisation for customers.
