Crew Clothing

I have shopped at the Crew Clothing Company store located in The O2 several times in the past, and my experiences have always been great. The staff were very friendly and patient. However, I had an unpleasant experience during my visit on January 21. When I asked a staff member some questions, he didn’t say a single word and only responded by nodding or shaking his head. Not only did he remain completely silent, but he also showed no smile or expression throughout the interaction. At first, I thought he might not be feeling well or had a sore throat, but later, I saw him chatting happily with his colleagues. When it was time to check out, he also remained completely silent. After the transaction, I waited for the receipt, but he didn’t ask whether I needed one. Instead, after confirming the payment, he started to leave the counter. When he noticed we were still standing there, he used eye contact to signal us. I then mentioned that I wanted a receipt, and he simply nodded without saying a word. This experience has made me hesitant to shop at the branch located in The O2 again. I hope the store can pay more attention to staff attitudes and ensure customers feel welcomed and valued. Additionally, I would like to advise other customers that if you are expecting the level of service typically associated with retail stores, I would recommend avoiding this location. Only visit if you don’t mind poor service or lack of professionalism.

This place is a very very poor representation of Crew Clothing. Yes I know its an outlet but its still a retail unit and you expect a certain minimum standard. The clothing in here is extremely wrinkled, dirty and grubby. The prices are okay in some cases, but only if you make peace with the fact you're buying a grubby, heavily wrinkled and stretched garment. I tried on some clothing but they all looked like they'd been dragged across a warehouse floor a few times over and then used to mop the floor. Avoid.

Excellent prices and good quality. You will want to visit this store and you walk around O2.

I spent about £2,000 with this company. A jumper now started to fall apart. Customer services asked for order number as proof of purchase. I sent the order number, they replied saying without proof of purchase purhase (?????) they cannot deal with my complaint. Now ignoring my emails. There's no working phone lines.

The lady serving us was lovely! It was her first day and was super friendly and helpful. We all left the shop smiling:)
