Absolutely not recommended for freshers. Their policies are extremely unprofessional made. Go for a company who can actually invest in your career and provide all the necessary trainings, who support growth. You'll not find a new opportunity if you join here because there will be no learnings.

EDIT: After 1200 hours, This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. At first they seemed nice and knowledgeable, and I got busy and depended on their work. That's when the problem started. I trusted them and they completely destroyed my site. I mean it looked okay, but after dropping over $40,000, and a few years later when we discovered exactly how bad it was. When I first started, My #1 rule was quality code and no hard coding. I paid extra so that I could get senior level developers that don't make a trail of bad unscalable code because this is a business and we need code that can be reused as time goes on. And the level of how bad it really was couldn't have boggled me more. They would literally copy and paste 1000 line theme files throughout the entire website because they were too lazy to actually do things dynamically right. And i'm not talking once or twice, it was everywhere. They would consistently hard code dynamic variables like review count and review stars so it would cease to function. They would hard code very large complicated SQL queries onto the screen, and then paste them into the PHP or JavaScript code, even though they claimed it was dynamic. It took me over 6 months solid and thousands of dollars to recover from the damage they did to our platform, and we're still finding trails of their terrible coding. And then they aggressively asked for a positive review even though they knew the code was useless and unmaintainable. RUN!!!

The company has really good work environment. Great co-workers. Organized and surprisingly very fun. Company provides communication listen to and consider new ideas and continually encouraging growth, both personally and professionally. A pleasant experience to be part of this company.😀

Great organisation for developers of every kind to work in. Have a great working culture and environment where everyone are equally valued and enjoyed to be with. More than anything, this organisation have a system developed so great that you learn by yourself so that we spread our imagination but not left alone when stuck. Also, has a hybrid WFH and WFO model implemented, which is a plus one to this organization. I'm having fun. You will too.
