Completely un-satisfied with the product. We have already placed 2 complaints and there are still some problems occurring. After buying the product and using it for about a month we came to realise how many bugs and glitches are there. It feels that our data is being collected and sold to third party. I had pre-filled contact details of clients we have never dealt with. Raised a complaint for this matter but they have not replied us with a satisfactory answer. I need a refund for my money. You guys are fraud.

*Credflow Problem* 1) Groups Wise sales & Collection not Showing 2) Inventory not control company secrets (Raw-material & Finish Goods) 3) Automatic sencronize problem 4) Sales Manager Target Not Showing all member. 5) Payable Control not proper 6) Account Leader Alliment not properly. Data is not safe. Some time call but they are not responding . Don’t By this product ..

It’s really fake app and they want everyone to get in to the app by sharing fake information abt the app, I’m the person who really became fool and wasted around 40k by hearing it’s an unlimited Whatsup, ivr calls and msgs, after using it for a 15days it stopped working and came to know dat its works with credit points and that was not informed to me at any cost, now they are asking me to purchase credit points to use the app . I have raised many tickets but no one solved it till day

The subscription cost is ridiculously high for the limited features offered. There are better apps in the market with similar functionality at a fraction of the cost. Credflow is not worth the investment. Don’t waste your money on this product.

The data is totally unreliable and lot of bugs. They are doing their Alpha and beta testing on customer money. They don't realize that if wrong ledger or OS report goes to customer how difficult to handle them. Further when we call their customer care call never gets connected to executive and they give message that you will receive call back which you will never receive
