CRED

This is THE WORST service provider out there. They really don't care about customers. Don't ever take any loan from cred. They will not record the loan amount taken in credit bureau but much more than that. On top of that, they don't provide any documents supporting the same . This will hinder you if you want to take any home loans as it will require the documents of all the active loans on credit report and the numbers wont match. The customer care is not helpful one bit as well.. they will plainly tell you they don't have an option to give you any supporting documents which they have recorded in credit bureau. Please avoid using this app. They really don't care about their customers

This was the Worst Application I have never seen. Money got debited my account but till not received my sender account, I didn't get my refund. There is no Customer Care Support and Chat. Worst Application Before approaching Customers regarding your Ads first improve your Customer Service. Always it shows Agents are busy. I don't suggest any one to do payments. Guys if any of you want to do Credit Card payments better do it from your Official Bank Websites.

Hi All, My humble request please stay away from cred app, you will feel the pain of losing money one day (definitely) from my personal experience. Payment goes to credit or any account smoothly for sometime but one day they will stop it and keep money with them for sometime and ask you wait for 10 or more days for refund by the time you will get all kind frustration etc

I request all cred users please be careful before doing any transaction from the cred payment app this app has many issues, Guys please switch to a better payment platform those have a good supporting model to refund transactions in a few minutes or hours to customers if they somehow fail the app. Further real details will share as well on whether this transaction was refunded or not by Cred Company. I hope to get the solution as soon as possible from the cred payment app company.

I have made payment of 1.50 lakhs for my credit card on 7.11.2024 at 10:14 am and as of today 9.11.2024 , 9:20 am , payment is still not credited to my credit card account. I am trying to sort out issue from last 3 days but still unsuccessful. Every time a same reply that soon it will be cleared but nothing happened. Because of CRED my CIBIL will be spoiled/ruined and my 1,50,000/- is still missing. Whom to ask and whom to contact ? No one is sorting out issue. Hopeless. Today is 3rd day that they are holding my 1.50 lakhs and don’t know when it will be back ? What to say ? Who gave them license to work and who regulates them ? Very serious issue. Government of India should step in as twitter , facebook and other social platforms are full of complaints and people are helpless and requesting for their funds.
