Crazy Domains

Honestly this company don't care about their customer's time . I opened a ticket 60 days back in November 30 (ticket id is #21897717 ) On their website this company claim that they reply within 24 hours. But they take minimum 7 to 10 days. It's been more then 10 days and still I am waiting for their reply. When I called them they said that all our higher management is on vacation. They said I have to wait another 14 days. I never knew any company, that could be so careless.

The most terrible customer service. I have been using crazyDomains servers for last 5 years. In starting I had 10 VPS and many shared servers. Now I have only 2 VPS and 3 shared servers remained. Poor illiterate customer service does not have any idea how to handle the issue/request. CrazyDomains customer service is how much careless and pathetic, you can't imagine. Their carelessness level is beyond your imagination as I have experienced many time that they disturb my another VPS, when I log a complaint/request for a VPS. They took 4-5 days to start the process of a server while it takes just a command to start. Most of the time I have to tell them what they have to do. When you call their customer service, they will ask your name and listen just for a few second and ask you a HOLD which is not going to be less than 5 mins. Call them, they will put you on hold many times and you realize that they are giving you unnecessary HOLD. Calling CrazyDomains customer support and get only HOLD HOLD and HOLD. They have killed my 2 businesses already. Don't buy anything from CRAZYDOMAINS if you do not want to be in depression. I am writing this long review to represent my grief against this POOR company's PATHETIC customer support. I do not want others will be put their self in Depression by purchasing products/services from POOR crazyDomains.

A total fraud and a cheater company. Recently they deducted Rs.2000 from my account without my permission for a hosting renewal. Return my money back or else I file a legal case against you guys. Mark my words...

i wish there was ZERO star rating . they are SH***T comany . I purchased newsletter subscription from them but it never worked properly. Ased for refund but they dont listen.

never use backorder service carzy domains are scammer. when you place domain backorder they buy on soe.domains website and put domain in public for more offer.
