Cracking Media

Cracking Media ran a detailed report, on the health of my website. The report needed some explaining, as although not complicated to understand if you are used to the terminology, it was a little bit beyond my comprehension. I met Peter for a cup of tea and he went through the report, helping me to understand and making suggestions on how I can improve it. Peter has such a wonderful manner. He explains such a complicated subject in a calm and clear way and I felt comfortable that there wouldn't be a hard sell at the end, which there wasn't.
