Made a big mistake by porting my good insurance policy from HDFC to CARE insurance and really disappointed by the response received from Coverfox, and I have made the decision to terminate all future engagements with this company. Both coverfox and Care insurance are full fraudsters', rejecting my claim for silly reasons. already commenced the grievance process with CARE Insurance Company, with the intention of escalating the issue to the insurance ombudsman and, if necessary, the consumer court should this matter remain unresolved. Furthermore, I am contemplating filing a case against your company once it progresses to court. No professionalism , no customer support, no follow-ups . COVER FOX is A FOX CARE is UNCARE.

My request with Coverfox was delayed by a week, but the team acknowledged their mistake and resolved it promptly the next day after I raised it. Appreciate teams (Sandesh/ Prashant) quick response and action.

I've been insuring my motorcycle through Coverfox for several years, and my experiences have generally been satisfactory. However, my recent experience has been disappointing. After renewing my insurance with them, I never received my insurance copy. Unaware of this issue for over 1 month, I was eventually informed by the insurance company that my insurance had not been renewed. Upon contacting Coverfox, they simply stated that they would refund my payment due to a technical error, providing no further explanation. This situation is particularly concerning because I continued to ride my motorcycle during this period, not knowing I was uninsured. Riding without insurance is a criminal offense, and I could have faced serious legal consequences. The lack of prompt communication from Coverfox on such a critical matter is alarming.
