CORE Diagnostics - Best Diagnostic Centre

Worst lab. I have booked them twice for my blood tests and had a really bad experience. The executive was very unprofessional and rude. First of all he arrived 1 hr late both the times and was not carrying any proper equipments with him. He doesn’t have a basic information about blood sugar fasting test and 50gm GCT test. The lab doesn’t picks up customers call if you have any concerns. Never book them if you don’t want to put yourself in the unnecessary arguments.

We were referred to CORE Diagnostic for in-depth biopsy analysis and the diagnosis was superb. We’ve since had several at home sample collections done and the reports are wonderfully detailed and well presented. Sanjay Pathak - is worth special mention. Most pathetic and worst experience, this staff named bhanu told me the test report will take 02 weeks, after two weeks he told it will take more time, I visited the lab office multiple times as nobody was picking the customer care line nor i was getting any response on whatsapp, they gave me the test report after 23 days.

I really appreciate the smooth system of reporting of CORE diagnostics I was referred for my investigation and new investigation is always challenging for me but the smooth sample collection and timely reporting gives me an amazing experience. Always this is possible because of Mr. Sanjay Pathak, he is very dedicated, too much polite and understanding my situation handle me with so much patience. He really deserve appreciation. Came here for a CT scan and was greeted by the patient staff. Environment is comforting and the service was great.
