Cooper Surgical and their Embryo Options billing service are unethical. Multiple phone calls, emails, and requests to stop the storage of my wife’s embryos and my sperm were ignored. After a full year of trying to stop them from charging us, they yet again charged our card two days before Christmas. Today during a call, the customer service finally said “we need a notarized form or docusign with more privacy information to stop charging you” It’s a scam so they can constantly charge more for a service you told them to stop, and then when they finally stop, they want all your information so they can sell that to a data broker. Corruption so the CEO can buy another mansion. No wonder society as a whole applauds the violence against these CEOs. I guarantee that during their PowerPoints of financial standing, they have a slide that shows how much more money they take than they should be, and the CEO got a nice Christmas bonus for stealing money from everyone.
