Such an awesome company to deal with Luigi was such a help. The shirts are perfect. Keep me cool when playing tennis but the customer service is the coolest. I nice to have people who really care And reach out to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you

This company is dishonest. I ordered an xs shirt on sale and when it arrived, I discovered that it is grossly midsized and is really a medium or even a large. They won't return it because it was a final sale. However, I know this company's sizing and this is a defect; it is dishonest not to stand behind their products. Buyer BEWARE!

I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. I tried to get a refund for my missing order but Coolibar denied me after a week from the delivery date. This customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. They don’t care if your order wasn’t delivered or lost.

I don’t like posting these comments, but my experience this time around with Coolibar was so different than all of my past experiences. All of those prior products and experiences have been wonderful. This time - the swim top is not appropriate for swimming. As soon as you get in the water, the sleeves ride halfway up forearm and you’re not covered. When I contacted Coolibar about this Issue, I received the automatic “we got your response, we’ll get back to you”. No follow up, no contact from customer service, nothing.

Customer service is nonexistent. I tried to cancel an order within minutes placing. Never received anything except computer generated email. When I called customer service the person couldn't give me any answers. When I called back he said still no reply. I advised Coolibar both orders were canceled as of my phone call. I filed disputed claims w bank and was issued credits. The bank will resolve the problem now. I do not trust this company.
