Most people work here for less than a year, often leaving within six months due to the low salary, excessive pressure, toxic work environment, bullying, and 24/7 demanding atmosphere. They don’t consider employees' personal lives, work-life balance, or even health issues. They treat employees like robots rather than humans. The HR team, managers, and team leaders exhibit unprofessional and often disrespectful behavior. To all job seekers, especially freshers: avoid starting your career at Concentrix. You risk your health, career growth, and overall well-being. Instead, aim for reputed companies offering better pay, career opportunities, and—most importantly—happiness. Happiness is essential for someone to come to work with a positive mindset. Unfortunately, if you work here, you won’t experience that. I can confidently say that many employees here regret their decision and serve their notice period just to move on. Think twice before joining Concentrix.

Been working here for nearly 4 yrs, so I think I'm able to give a good review. The place is a nice place to work. Albeit a BPO industry per se, we provide niche KPO and awesome service our stakeholders would expect from a leader in the industry. In my time here, have learnt so much and i can say I have developed and honed so many skills, that have made me the person i am today.
