This is a fraudulent company without any customer service or helpdesk. They deliberately make the money deposit feature easy but there is no way to get a refund if you transfer your money from an unregistered bank account. They only send template mail and comment responses on their app reviews in play-store and on google as well. I have been chasing after them for weeks now to refund my hard earned money. I sent them all the valid bank details over official mail and my cell number too. They rejected the bank details saying “they’re unable to accept it for no reason at all!!! I am filing a lawsuit and if anyway wants to join do mail me and we can connect over call.

Using coin switch app for crypto is fine But when I started using the mutual funds and started to invest 2k it was fine for a month and later when the application was updated I was not able to access the mutual funds portfolio, I wrote so many customer care emails but no one replied to me with a solution i have lost my money. Please don’t invest her they are not credible enough. Even after doing so much of chase nobody called or replied. I have finally closed my account. Very bad experience and won’t suggest you to invest here. You will lose money as well as your time.

From past 3 days the app is not letting me do any transaction since I updated the ifsc code in bank details. Chat dies not work to reach customer care. The email mentioned in website does not work. In this situation how can it be called a professional institution.

This company is a big fraud company. I recently had a horrible experience with the. They promised big returns on investments but ended up cheating me out of my hard-earned money. Beware of their schemes! Don't fall for their tricks like I did. Telegram receptionist say to do task and i do 2 task and pay 15000 and then i say for my profit and he ask me for more money to get my profit back and this time i have no money for doing any other task and he ask me then do what i say otherwise you lost all your money now i lost my all money in this app. i am farmer and from poor family . Plz any one help me for returning my money

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY There are group and WhatsApp communication stating the company Coin Best tied up with CoinSwitch they also have their letterhead and other documents which makes feel genuine and start the working with review and get amount credited... They give multiple accounts to deposit the account stating those are merchant account and there happens the scam Then later on they don't respond after huge amount has been deposited... I have lost my amount by depositing to such fraud company please don't ok invest in such scam
