CLX Gaming

I ordered and customized the CLX Horus using their website. This was the first gaming PC that I’ve bought, and changed my mind on a few components through the build out as I learned more. CLX customer service was great, the process was easy, and I got my PC today. The PC was well wrapped and was insulated in a box within another insulated box, and the Gpu had insulation around it as well, I was impressed. Glass panels were in tact, no issues whatsoever. I just fired it up and it’s everything I asked for, would buy from them again

First PC from them lasted 2 years. Sent it out for service when it started randomly shutting down. They sent it back and it was working for about a month. I was satisfied so I purchased a new PC from them. Then the old PC started crashing again and they told me they performed no service on it because it worked for them (note I had to pay $150 to ship it for no service to be performed). The 2nd PC started crashing after four months. They are covering the shipping, but I doubt their abilities to build and repair PCs. Avoid at all costs.

Got a gaming PC from them in Jan of 23, it immediately fried they sent out a replacement now 18 months later the mother board went out, Its currently being repaired at a local shop the tech told me my PC is full of cheap parts and had terrible craftsmanship by the installer, pins bent and in general it appeared that everything was put together by someone with hulk hands, don't make the mistake I made don't buy a CLX pc, I did call CLX and they told me there was nothing they could do -1 stars if I could. ***** update the GPU failed as well so I spent 3k on a pc and then 1500 on repairs and got zero support from CLX dont buy from them.

Ordered one of there ultra premium ready to ship systems. Order sheet showed an msi tomahawk motherboard in this system. The pc I recieved had an as rock motherboard. Mutual resolution was agreed upon. Overall happy with the transaction and service.

I have been very disappointed with the quality of this pc. It over heats all the time now the video imput is not working properly. I have tried calling support and the best the could do is replacing the memory, this did not fix anything. I was recommended CLX as a good company to buy from. I will not be buying anything from here again!
