Club Mahindra

I received a call from club Mahindra on Oct 24 ' 2024 inviting us to a complimentary dinner and free holiday vouchers at 'Comido restaurant' Kalyan, mumbai and to attend their presentation. We attended the presentation with family ( wife and 2 very small kids). While the presenter not even taking us inside the AC restaurant and preferred briefing us in the outer compound of hotel on a small table and further started insisting on paying them for a very long term holiday Plan 'on the spot' using aggressive marketing tactics. When I asked for time of few days to review the offer and the company for due diligence, he suddenly became uninterested and suddenly got up and started leaving. Upon me asking about complimentary dinner he somehow arranged one and then the horror started. We were served 'half a chapati' per person and when asked for more were told to pay for that. And made our family walk from counter to counter for unserved deserts as if we were unwanted.After the meagre dinner and the huge inconvenience and embarrassment, when we complained the same to one Mr.Faiq khan ( some kind of ClubM team leader) he harshly told us you shouldn't have come to the presentation in first place. I objected but he kept on aggressively dictating me and my family in confronting manner and didn't even cared when told that I will report him to ClubM ,stating me to do "whatever you want".( Do Club Mahindra train their executives in such manner to disrespect families and misbehaved with them?). We demanded to know his name and wanted to film his aggressive misbehaviour towards us.Mr Faiq khan threatened us to not to make videos. We all left in disgust. 10/15 days passed and we still didn't received the promised holiday voucher. I called Pooja the person who invited us in the first place but to my surprise she said that your name didn't existed on that days attendees.on top of it a harrowing experience with rude and misbehaving executives claiming to be from club Mahindra at the presentation. How on earth would one be convinced to subscribe to a company treating their clients family in badly unprofessional ways.

Worst customer service ever . Fraud sales team and executives are not aware of anything They are just trying to sell the membership by faking it’s benifits and filling their own pockets. If anyone reading this don’t buy anything from them

To be Honest, Please dont buy this membership,its just a scam and waste of your Money. My Sister is already a Red Member for almost 3 months. I thought of buying the Membership because we always go together with her Family and mine. I fell in their Trap of transfering the refundable Booking amount for the last minute deal which we never Got. I then Researched about this Company,Went to their office and came to know that its a scam. They never returned my booking amount which I am still fighting for. Beware of them

After being customer for last 15 years with all memorable moments, lately the experience is very frustrating. The current call center team is very rude. No logical sense prevails for addressing customer issues. I will want to check if there is any way of getting any money back. CM team, Please dont call me for any upgrades or promotional offers. Its a tarnish on Mahindra brand name with such bitter experiences

Absolutely arrogant behaviour by the staff on their call centre. Their website to book holidays is very deceptive and has its own logic, even confirmed rooms are cancelled because of the their own logic, which is not seen anywhere on the site. Not to talk of the value for money for their services, and rooms, it is not worth it. My membership is very old, and even then I don't find it worthy of the payment. Be aware - their annual maintenance charges are skyrocketing and changing every year, and the rooms not available even if you book 2 months in advance.
