Clive Coffee

I took the latte art class on the 27th of December. We had a very attentive instructor help us create the correct consistency of foam so that we could pour great latte art. He had a lot of patience with me and my fellow classmates. I had the least amount of experience as I have never steamed milk or pulled shots. It was a blast to learn with like-minded people.

I couldn’t say better things about Clive Coffee, their machines and team. Over a year ago I bought a Profitec Pro 700 with flow control and she is just a gem! Today I called the customer support number mildly terrified as I had two plastic floating pieces in my water reservoir. I spoke with Mercer who immediately assured me this is a call they get multiple times per week and she was already in process of emailing me a 3 picture PDF of how to put the pieces back together! Within seconds I was back in business! Absolutely stellar support! Every dollar spent on that machine has been worth it - From the espresso itself to the support team behind it!

We bought the Lucca A53 Direct Plumb Espresso Machine and Clive was so helpful and fast as we navigated setting it up for the first time. The machine is amazing! The courses they provide with the machine were also a great starting place for us and made us feel way more confident using our machine for the first time. Will definitely keep buying from them going forward! Great experience all around.

1st off, Clive is stellar. Over the phone, online or in person is all A1 service with a caffeinated smile! The Bianca is everything I wanted In a espresso machine as far as consistency and looks go + the option to really geek out and dig deeper in the rabbit hole is an added plus. Quality & stock options are unmatched @ this price in comparison to other brands.

I recently purchased an espresso machine and a coffee grinder from Clive Coffee - both items arrived in good condition 2 business days after my order. Each item was packed extremely well. In addition, the instructional videos that are included with the purchase were very thorough and informative. I also had the occasion to call Clive Coffee a few times with questions; their support staff is very knowledgeable, accessible and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Clive Coffee to friends and family.
