I am starting as a cottage food operator(CFO) and a fellow CFO recommended me Clear bags. I have tried only a few stand ups bags of theirs but totally impressed with their service. They patiently listen to my requirements and suggest a product. When I have asked for samples, they had them ready for pick up. Their curbside pickup is very organized and easy and they have not disappointed me so far.

The products are decent but do not expect them to arrive when they say. I paid extra for rush shipping and my items arrived four days late. I use these bags for my cupcakes and I was left with no packaging for my products. Very embarrassing.

Just be aware if you plan on picking up your product they close at 4 not 4:30. That is not very clear. Left my work early to come get it thinking I had time but wasted my time instead. Make it clear on your website. Only phone ordering is available until 4:30.

It was all superb until I started to get defective bags. Either they won't close properly or they have holes in the bottom because they were not properly manufactured. I'm disappointed and will find another company that's more consistent...
