Just arrived home from being on the lake! One SUP, one above water kayak were rented. BEAUTIFUL Memorial day to be out there! The young ladies assisting us on the water were professional, polite, knowledgeable, articulate and welcoming! We paddled Elkhart lake Saturday, and are seasoned water sports enthusiasts. With the temps and wind speeds being perfect conditionally, we thought we'd give Lake Geneva a go again! What a seamless, enjoyable adventure! Thank you Clearwater Outdoor lakeside staff, you are real treasures providing excellence, when everyone else gives you just "good enough"!

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Could not have been easier to order and get on the water! My son lost his glasses in the Lake and their younger helper jumped in to grab them for us which was so nice! Thanks again for the fun!

We had made paddle board rentals here as a back-up before being notified by a family member the beaches at Geneva and surrounding lakes were closed due to algae blooms. Had to call twice for an answer to see if we could cancel and get a refund. Immediately we were told no refunds were being issued and people were STILL BEING SENT INTO THE TOXIC WATER. So if you enjoy trips to the emergency room and unhelpful employees, I highly recommend.
