I got call for first technical round and I was cleared that round they arranged my second round with senior that round was good they ask me how can I travel, how much I'm expecting and arrange things. After one day I cantact to hr and she say's like they are saying you are nervous so we can't proceeds. Even if I nervous I cleared technical round still they are giving this reasons.

Experience was really pathetic at the time of 1st round of interview. An interviewer was very rude and unprofessional. His name was Mandar T (don't remember his last name) interview was so busy screeming at me that he didn't even bother to introduce himself like who is he or what is is job title etc. I would suggest not to join this company coz this kind of behaviour these people have if incase you get selected also they might fire you any time. And hr's like nagamani they will call you 100 times a day to schedule an interview however they are never open to share feedback with you or to take any kind of feedback. If you join the company also HR's of clarion technologies will never ever help you with anything. So I would recommend not to join clarion technologies. I have given so many interviews till now but never faced such kind of unprofessionalism. Do not join clarion technologies

I successfully cleared the first and second rounds of interviews and proceeded to the HR round, where we discussed salary and a joining bonus. The HR representative then informed me about an additional client round and requested that I need sign an offer acceptance agreement. At that point, I inquired about the possibility of rejection by the client and company, and the HR assured me that the company would make internal efforts in case of client rejection, with a 99% likelihood of me joining. I trusted this assurance, signed the agreement, and waited for the client round for over 20 days. After reaching out for an update, the HR informed me that the client's project was on hold, and they intended to forward my resume to another client. A week later, I sought further clarification and was informed that I had been rejected by the client based on an interview recording, even though they didn't conduct an actual interview. This experience was disappointing, and it eroded my trust in the process.

I have applied for DevOps expert with AWS cloud position in 19 Feb 2024. I cleared Technical round, Managerial round, CTO round. The whole interview process was good. CTO told me that "U r already selected" So I was like next process-HR interview. HR Arpita is very genuine & Transparent. After few days, I did not get any call So I have contacted to HR. Then she told me like "Waiting for client response". After few days, when contacted to HR, I got to know that " That position will not come" @ 12th April 2024. This was my experience.

Despite me asking multiple times to be removed from their call list, this business continued to call me for weeks afterwards from different numbers. Complete disregard for my my multiple requests during their calls. If this was a US based business I'd report them to the BB and the Do Not Call registry but it doesn't matter. Disgusting company and even worse phone represenatives.
