I don’t have option to give zero for citi bank😡 My card has been expired, they didn’t share me new card, hence I have no access to the transaction details. I haven’t made any transactions the whole year, they had charged me yearly card fee. Despite of that I went to the branch & made payment for yearly card fee which I got it as free card in the beginning. When asked, they said it’s free when the card is in usage. Immediate next month they have charged rs. 200, I’m unable to see the transaction details as i have no access. When I asked to close my account, they will ask me to call customer care number from that branch. Customer care will not even respond properly, they will disconnect. I keep getting the message to pay the minimum bill of 200. So you will keep generating random numbers and customers should make payments like fools is it? Are we jobless to go to the branch each time to pay your randomly generated bills 😡

Worst service after axis has taken over , I had gone to the bank since they couldn’t fix the issue throught customer service , nor through the local branch , waited in the queue, then some bank rep approached me and told me to sit at a counter and I would be attended shortly , then he comes back after 5 min and asks me to stand in the queue for the token , then the guy who is at front desk queries for my issue and tells me there is no token system ( this happened on Saturday ) and told me I could wait my turn in one of the 3 counters , once again no queue management some of us were waiting whereas some other customers who came letter just walked into the counter , when I raised this issue of no queue management then some one from inside probably a manager I guess suddenly comes out and instructs the front desk guy to start issuing the tokens , finally I get directed to a counter however even before I can explain the full issue they have already concluded on what the issue could be and starts solutioning I had to reclarify just to ensure they understood my exact problem finally after half an hour of explanation, they say they would raise a service request to rectify my issue by end of the day , and it would take 2 work days for resolution and I would get a service request notification once they have raised the same , neither did I get a notification and it has been 3 days now , tried calling a number that they had provided no one picks up . The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, it’s like they actually want to get rid of all existing Citibank customers from this Axis bank , I have visited this branch when it was Citibank and the user experience was top notch and I can’t even compare with the service now really pathetic , on top of it all the place literally stinks not sure if they are saving on a/c as well Update 22 Nov’24 : on the 4th day got a notification service request has been finally raised by bank but guess what on the 5th day got a notification that the request couldn’t be processed . HOW MUCH MORE PATHETIC CAN IT GET , I will need to drive again another 40 km to reach this bank to deal with this nonsense and still doubt if it would be resolved Existing citi bank fellow customers really think hard if it’s worth at all to do anything with this bank / service. Deeply disappointed and Frustrated

Very bad behaviour of staff's. They don't know even basic things about mobile banking app. They are not even able to do an address change.They say even if we go to the bank we do it all through net banking. Although they cannot do anything for us, it is very arrogant talk

Citibank NA has only 2 branches in bangalore. This bank is knows for its own well defined process. They are following covid protocols very strictly. Had been there to get one demand draft. The moment you enter bank there is enquiry counter where you will get all the required information and token number. Not much crowded. Only 10am to 2pm baking hours. Despite everything set well in place, your work gets delayed. Bank staff must put efforts to complete it fast.

I had no problem with CITI. After the transition, AXIS froze my account for silly reasons. It's been 2 or 3 months, I can't do anything. My money is stuck. Customer care service is useless. They didn't even do anything other than constantly apologizing for the inconvenience. They don't have a way to submit documents online required for savings to NRO conversion. Look how bad it is. Do you expect your customers to travel to India from different countries to visit the branch to sort this out? How pathetic. See I have an account with ICICI, I did the conversion sitting in a different country all via service requests through their portal. I can't wait to close this account. Update: Visited the branch to provide the required documents for NRO conversion. It took around 3 working days for their backend team to do the needful. Now I can do the transactions. (They should have option to submit this documents via their bank portal).. updating the rating to 3 from 1
