Citibank

CITIBANK branch is now Axis, staff can be better and polite while providing service to the customers. The security guards of the building and axis bank both were more helpfull and polite and had a smile on their faces. There were no customers when i came and still had to wait 15 mins to collect the cheque book. Icici does that in 5 min at full crowd. I hope bank manager or high authority at the branch reads this and bring few changes.

I am Citibank account holder and collaborating with them since last 16 years. Today I visited sakinaka branch and this is my genuine feedback. Pathetic service. Inefficient staff. Customers have to wait unnecessarily for solving simple concerns. They themselves do not know what documents are required. Different staff members ask for different documents. Focus on how to identify reasons to not do the work instead of solving customer concerns. I am happy that Axis is taking over and hoping that these lazy staff gets kicked out.

The worst bank is Citibank. After being its customer over a decade they give really hard time. Very very incompetent customer care officers. I do not recommend Citibank based on my experience with them. A big no to Citibank

Omg , it's a nightmare. You come at your will, but be prepared to spend hours here! I came to pick up the Credit card on behalf of my husband; I was carrying all required documents and they made me wait for 2 hours just so they can call him up for verification. 2 hrs! Post verification it took them another 15 mins to get the CC from wherever they had kept it. Probably kms away.

It has the worst service. No professional way of working. On cash counter, Ms. Joan Mendes don't know how to talk with customer, she is creating the issue and she don't know what to answer the customer. And on the enquiry counter, Mr. Nitin, for solving any issue, he will say wait and keep you waiting for almost more than 1 hour, like I am waiting. I came hear to make a cash payment for credit card. But for 10 mins work, they make me wait for more than 1 hour and I am still waiting. If anyone wants to make deposit for Citibank, kindly do not visit this branch. It has the worst customer service I have ever seen in any bank or branch.
