I have been buying perfumes from here for a few years now, never got duplicate perfume but recently got a perfume which turned out to duplicate, since they don't have exchange it was quiet a hassle however we were adamant as lot of money was at stake, a lesson learnt

I would suggest avoiding this store since it has zero sensitivity towards their customer esp during COVID My personal experience whn I purchased a new phone with a valid warranty Just after 2 months the phone began to act rather odd and started switching off I called them they didn’t respond I then visited the store and instead of helping me out they told Me that they aren’t responsible and it may be a theft product and so I should it to the Samsung workshop which is an hour away as a store this isn’t how they should interact with their frst time customers the behaviours was really rude and inconsiderate.
