Review for Cinnamon Grand Colombo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of staying at Cinnamon Grand Colombo for one night, from December 28 to December 29, 2024. I stayed in one of their rooms and found the experience delightful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night's rest. The ambiance of the hotel exuded luxury, and the staff were polite and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Although I only stayed for a short time, it was clear that Cinnamon Grand takes great care in providing an excellent guest experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium stay in Colombo. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I've been to the Cinnamon Grand a few times now and the service is always exceptional. Staff members always go above and beyond to make sure we have a good stay. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly. Special thanks to Samantha & Sanjeewa who were able to assist us in last minute changes in our schedule and be extra accommodating. The rooms are very well maintained, spacious and clean. All the restaurants in the hotel are very tasty but plates is a must to go to, the buffet is amazing!

Very extravagant hotel with many restaurants and lovely rooms. Everything was lovely. I stayed around the Christmas holidays and the decorations were definitely excessive but that was actually pleasant to meet upon entry after a long day. Meeting rooms were nice, though there was a mix-up once that was quickly resolved. Spa was nice, pool was okay. The "joy to the world" instrumental that was on loop in the hallway was a bit much for me, though.
