I've been to the Cinnamon Grand a few times now and the service is always exceptional. Staff members always go above and beyond to make sure we have a good stay. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly. Special thanks to Samantha & Sanjeewa who were able to assist us in last minute changes in our schedule and be extra accommodating. The rooms are very well maintained, spacious and clean. All the restaurants in the hotel are very tasty but plates is a must to go to, the buffet is amazing!

I have been to multiple events and buffets at the hotel and the quality seems to be consistent all the time. Hotel ambiance was simple and kinda old aesthetic but not out of date. Lunch buffets were delicious with wide range of food and exceptional sea food range. All though services may get bit delayed during the buffet rush, team was very attentive towards guests. Highly recommend!

Our first visit to Sri Lanka and the Cinnamon Grand. Lovely restaurants and a magnificent breakfast and dinner buffet. We also ate in Lagoon seafood restaurant. All the staff were excellent and most professional in their approach to their guests. Special mention to Samantha in front of house who went out of his way to ensure our stay was both enjoyable and comfortable. An issue with our In-room fridge was quickly and professionally dealt with by him. It was nice to see both departmental and senior managers around checking on everyone's well being. Live music in the lounges were a lovely addition to the ambience of the hotel. Well done to everyone who made our stay so special.
