My husband and I were so tired of replacing light strands every year. So 3 years ago I decided to look online at different companies and came across Christmas Designers. We ordered beautiful aqua C9 lights. This is our 3rd year with those same strands and we haven’t had to replace any of them. We have bought more to add more to our home though. I find their lights to be reasonably priced for how high quality they are. I also had a positive experience with customer service when I needed help with an order. I 100% recommend choosing Christmas Designers for your holiday decor!

Absolutely love Christmas Designers! I ordered the Pro Christmas C9 LED Christmas Lights Kit for Rooflines & Pathways - Cut to Length and the quality is excellent. The packaging was perfect. No damage and exactly as described with instructions!

We converted all of our lights to Christmas Designers several years ago. We continue to add new pieces to our display each year. In fact we have so many now we do a different color scheme each season. Our new additions this year are red meteor tubes and red twinkly tops. We adore them on top of our pure white Alberta Spruce shrubs. We LOVE how our display turned out this year. Our community has grown to enjoy our displays and we like the joy it brings to our neighborhood. The meteor tubes look stunning with the slow fade red branches. We always recommend Christmas Designers....... the lights really do speak for themselves because they are simply outstanding. We appreciate the YouTube videos that demonstrate how to hang them and customize our lines. Thank you for the happiness your products create.

I purchased multiple light sets at Christmas Designer. Most worked perfectly for great price, fast shipping and reliable product. However, I had a significant problem with a few defective light strands among many. My main point is that Customer Service was EXCELLENT with warranty and replacement. Could not have been better. Pleasant, productive, effective. RESOLVED Would definitely recommend this merchant!

Had issues with shipping not being on time so I reached out. Customer service (Erica) was super helpful, prompt and pleasant! We had Christmas lights here in 2 days after contacting them. The LED’s are very bright, so far so good on all the bulbs. Will be buying from Christmas Designers in the future and will be telling family and friends, the customer service they provided is well worth it! Merry Christmas!
