Absolutely amazing! I am greatly impressed by the new collection by Chemena that every small detail makes it very very special, the redesigned boutique space is not only just beautiful, but you can feel the Chloé spirit, it’s like home, and the outstanding hospitality. Thank you so much to Gwen for having me, for your impressive knowledge as I could learn about inspirations and for so much positive energy. I really appreciate it. To be able to understand it, you just have to visit, see and feel the uniqueness of the place, collection and Gwen!

We had a lovely experience shopping here recently. We came in and looked at a few bags but left without purchasing but came back the next day to pick up a few things we had seen the day prior. They were so kind to us both times and very accommodating. I have forgotten our sales associates name but he has dreadlocks and wore Celine glasses and was so helpful and I appreciated that he shared his opinions on what looked best on me and was patient. We love the things we bought here and I will definitely be back on our next visit.

Terrible product quality and worse customer service. I took my bag in because it deteriorated quickly after one year. The atelier tried to fix it but they messed up the bag and made it worse. I returned to Chloé who said they were sorry for the mistake and that they would text me with a solution but they basically ghosted me. (Specifically Djhany) I texted them about 3 times. I visited the store about 6 times for all of this, still no resolution. Chloe is a sad excuse for luxury brand.

Outstanding customer service. In October while on vacation in Paris we stopped in at this store location. The staff were kind, professional, and personable. I had forgotten my passport for a French tax refund while shopping that day, and store manager Djanny was kind enough to have the paperwork processed and delivered to my hotel the following morning before catching our train. This was my first time shopping my favorite designer store Chloe in person, and did not disappoint. Thank you for the above and beyond service!

If you are shopping Rue Saint-Honoré, you must visit Djahny at Chloé! We had so much fun picking out bags and drinking champagne with him. He made the visit 10 times more fun. We love our new bags. Thank you Djany for a trip we will never forget!
