Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle has been consistently good at every chain spot that they have. I ordered a salad bowl greens, grilled vegetables, no rice, no beans, half chicken, half beef, light sour cream, light cheese, and finished off guacamole. It was delicious and a good dinner to keep me filled. I’d definitely come back to this spot again when I need a quick bite. Parking is limited to street or paid parking at a lot nearby.

I had a fantastic experience at Chipotle thanks to Andrew! From the moment I approached the counter, he greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly patient while I decided what to order. He offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, which made the whole process enjoyable. When it came time to build my bowl, Andrew made sure I received generous portions of everything I wanted, showing that he takes pride in his work. Overall, his excellent service and attention to detail made my visit memorable. Thank you, Andrew, for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely be back!

We travelled to US from India and we found this good option for indians too.. We has with rice chicken and beans.. If you are vegetarian you can try this ans ask them not to mix meat.. This was my favorite.. But they need to maintain time to time cleaning of tables and floor.

Incredibly disappointed that the employee who prepared my order definitely noticed they burnt my food and still decided to pack it and hand it to me. Since it was an app pick up by the time I opened my food to notice it was burnt, it was not feasible to go back and complain/request it to be remade.

One of the best Mexican grill ever in downtown LA. The food was premium quality, the staff were friendly and supportive. The place is clean tidy and organized. They deserve all the best.

The meat is nothing hit gristle and fat. Nothing like paying for meat that you have to spit out. So sad that everything else is pretty good but when I pay for meat I expect it to be meat and not nasty.

Chipotle has gone DOWN hill since they first opened. The price went up and the portion size went down. Visited the Chipotle in Independence MO, received so little rice that it barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Instead of returning to that location to purchase more rice; I stopped at the Sterling location which I no longer use because the portion size and customer service is so terrible, but I figured just getting rice wouldn’t be too bad. There was a sign on the door that they were short staffed and closed; a customer coming out said that they were completely out of rice. My visits over the years have severely diminished; I can’t wait until my kids grow out of this chipotle phase so that I will never have to return to an establishment that over charges for a portion size worth half the price.

The entire order was bland. The rice was just rice. There was no salt, lime, or cilantro. So, everyone's food was below average and not eaten. I tried calling the store, but it was just a recording that went to "pepper". entered the information with "pepper" twice and didn't get anywhere. So, the food was yucky, the money was wasted, and Chipotle doesn't care. Won't be going back.

We went last night and stood in like for like 25 minutes, I’d say. We finally Got to the counter go order and they were so backed up that we waited another 10 minutes. Then I see the sign that they are out of what I wanted which was super frustrating since we’ve waited for so long. All & all it probably took about a good 45 minutes before food was in hand. The worst part is that the food wasn’t great. I won’t be visiting another Chipotle ever. It’s gone down hill in my book.

I have to allow extra time to wait in line occasionally, but the tinge of lime on the chips, the cilantro in the rice, the fresh ingredients I can choose to perfect my cravings. Verde salsa and pico over seasoned chicken and pinto beans is my usual favorite. The guacamole is tasty too. I don’t like the melted cheese dip. Everything else I’m good with. It’s worth the stop.
