so sad to see the tribune using such underhanded tactics. wow. i never signed up. they just started subscribing me to their newsletters and wouldnt let me unsubscribe. so i had to block them completely

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE TRIBUNE!!! Not only is their service terrible, they are SCAM ARTISTS. Delivery consistency is awful. Over the past 6 months or so that I have been subscribed the paper, I have probably only actually received about 20% of scheduled papers. Not o my did I not receive my papers every week, I also had the additional task of calling and reporting them missing every week. Eventually I stopped reporting them because I was sick of calling customer service every single weekend. At the end of my subscription period, I stopped paying. A month ago I got a letter from a collection agency saying I owed 24.87 to the Tribune. The first time I called the tribune they said they had no idea what that was for, that they’d look into it and call me back. (Spoiler alert: they did not call me back.) The second time I called them they said I owed them for the papers they delivered after my subscription ended. (Spoiler alert, I did not receive any papers.) I am absolutely DISGUSTED by the way this company is run. I subscribed because I wanted to support the local paper, and all I got is headaches and bulls*it in return. I have wasted so much time calling customer service, reporting papers on the website, and now dealing with the collection agency. Also, their “journalism” is garbage.

Nice Square. Clean and many transport options. Buses mostly. It's short walk from Shereton Grand Hotel. Where we stayed. From Shereton grand come out turn left cross road walk across street level square will come after illy cafe and then turn left again over the river bridge you will enter downtown area for shopping. From Lowe hotel and Shereton grand its not more than 10 to 12 min. Walk. Enjoy.

Do not subscribe to the Chicago Tribune during the promotional periods. They make it impossible to cancel. You may think you are cancelled after calling them but they don’t follow through and you continue to get billed.

I have been getting the ad paper delivered to my house for a long time. The delivery person throws them on my driveway, like you do scribe else's. I have called at least 8-10 different times to have delivery stop, as I wish not to receive or pick up the paper to throw in the trash. And today I find another...smh
