In short the worst company. It is a very client-oriented company where the project is the most important. Overall it is below average company if compared with good companies in every aspect. Dinner was the worst for which I had to pay and one small room (GYM, they call it) had 2-3 pieces of equipment those weren't useful to me as usually people don’t get time due work pressure. You can join if you have a little bit of software development experience, are fresher or bachelor, don’t have job or not getting job, and are hard-working. The work assigned to me wasn't based on my interest but as per business needs. If people get project based on their interest then assume he/she lucky. I had put in non-interest projects and they even didn’t changed it. If you have more than 2 years of experience try to find other better opportunities. Be aware of the Hire & Fire within a few hours. People currently working with Chetu can’t put review on social media due to fear of fire. If you join I would suggest to move after 1-2 years. Now they hire freshers with 3 years bond and put them in random project. This is trap and people mostly don’t get out of it. Beware of 5 star rating as they have separate team working on to put these. At the moment, I'm in the middle of PHP training at Chetu, and I have to say it's been an amazing experience thus far! The instructors are well-informed and encouraging, and the course structure is solid.
