The hotel itself was perfectly fine, but our room smelt like cigarette smoke the entire weekend we stayed. The thermostat was also set for 80 degrees when we got there, and no matter how low we turned it, it would not make any cooler air. Also, we have 3 people sharing a room with 2 queen beds but there were only 4 pillows in the whole room. When we called down for more, the woman at the front desk told us we could not have any extras and hung up on me. Overall not a great experience. I would not recommend staying here for more than a few days and not at all if you can help it.

One of the best and biggest hotel in the downtown. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. The dining area is also good, variety of options are available and even buffets are their during breakfast I guess. It has also got good pool area as well as jacuzzi for relaxation. Their is also gym next to the pool area with almost all the essentials as well as a great view in front of the beautiful skyline. Location wise it is very great, wide range of restaurants of different cuisines are available nearby. The Reception area, where they have made a desk where children can also check-in is the first time I've seen ever . Overall I had a great stay over here( 7-9th November '24 ).

I've stayed here 3 times now and it gets worse each time. During my latest visit: 1. They were terribly confused by the booking made by my employer and gave one of my colleagues a tough time during check-in. 2. There was someone already occupying the first room I was assigned to. I partially opened the door to discover it was locked from the inside, bed unmade, lights on. When I went to reception to get a new room, they didn't seem that shocked or apologetic about the situation. 3. The second room I was assigned to was in a block of rooms assigned to a group of high school students attending a conference. I had to endure them talking loudly and yelling in the hallways, slamming doors throughout the night, blocking public spaces, and even knocking on my door because they thought I was part of their group. These students were loitering all throughout the hotel. 4. Someone else's hair was all over one of the towels and the bath mat. The location is the only thing this place has going for it.

Huge hotel. They’ve done a good job of making the hotel look great in all areas besides the hallways. Lobby and entrance has a nice vibe to it, rooms are decently updated, but the hallways really date the whole building and draw attention to some less well executed renovations like bathrooms. I was disappointed that there was no room service though this wasn’t entirely surprising considering the sheer footprint of the hotel and its sprawling corridors.

The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Having 2 pool and hot tub areas, one for families and one adults only, offers options for both. Location is convenient for anyone needing to be in town overnight for hospital appointments. My one complaint is the hot water in the morning - it’s a hit and miss, 2 mornings in a row I’m having cold showers. I’m on the 9th floor this visit, other floors I’ve been on didn’t seem to have this problem.
