I wanted to give a shout out to Alex Hoffman, he has been exceptionally helpful and customer service oriented! He always puts the needs of our company first and we appreciate the time he spends listening to our questions and training our team.

Our company recently purchased DON testing equipment from Charm Sciences. We have been working with Tami Collien getting our staff trained on using the equipment. I would like to thank Tami for being so helpful and prompt in answering our questions also taking time to ensure we are using the equipment correctly. Tami is very Knowledgable and easy to work with. Our QA Team had the pleasure of having Vivian Saunders give us a presentation on ATP and Food Safety. Vivian provided excellent training material along with real world experiences. Vivian was very professional. Vivian arrived prior to her scheduled time slot to ensure that everything was in order. Vivian presented right after lunch and got the QA Team engaged immediately. I believe that her presentation was the highlight of the day long training session.

Charm Sciences provides my Quality team with our rapid ATP testing equipment and swabs. Their equipment and support is outstanding and we are very happy to have them as a vendor/supplier.

As always Alex and the Charm team are more than willing to help out with their expertise on any issues / training on the units, programming etc. There is a reason I have preferred charm for the last 10 years!
