But what really made this visit special was the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making my experience enjoyable. And the best part? This outlet is open 24/7! If you're a tea lover who sometimes gets cravings at odd hours, this place is a lifesaver. Overall, I highly recommend this Chaayos outlet. owever, what truly set Chaio's Outlet apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially the gentleman behind the counter. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the teas and tacos on offer, but he was also warm, talkative, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. His passion for tea and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable.

Spacious no doubt and easily reachable. The seating is great ofcourse and there is a separate floor for additional seats. Lighting is just right and the theme is very good too. It is right next to 24/7 and once can have a cup of tea outside the store as well.

Chayos is just okay. The ambiance is nice, but the food and drinks are nothing special. The chai is decent, but not particularly memorable. Service is a bit hit or miss—sometimes it's quick, other times you end up waiting longer than expected. It's a decent spot for a casual hangout, but don’t expect anything extraordinary. Overall, a so-so experience.

The manager Mr. Aman Rawat is rude, untrained, snappy & enjoys arguing with clients. Wrote an email about his poor conduct to the company but they preferred to let the circus continue with such unprofessionals. If you just wanna food and coffee (it's recommend) but avoid any conversations whatsoever with their Manager, unless u wanna spoil your own mood.
