This was the first company I joined after the Btech. I have read few negative comments here which are unfortunately true. But I miss this place and wonderful people I met here, if you start working in such company one thing you get to learn is to manage stress and pressure. Which helps you in your career a lot. You can make mistakes here and learn. I left in 2018 this was a good organisation back then, but I don’t have any Idead about the current scenarios.

I had the unfortunate experience of working for this company, and I cannot stress enough how unstable and unsatisfactory the overall environment is. The management's lack of vision and direction has created an atmosphere of uncertainty, leaving employees constantly on edge. The mandatory six-day workweek only adds insult to injury, with little to no consideration for work-life balance. Despite the long hours, there is virtually no room for career growth. The company seems to lack any structured career development plans, leaving employees feeling stagnant and demotivated. One of the most basic amenities that any workplace should provide is a canteen facility, yet this company falls short in this regard. The absence of such a basic amenity reflects a blatant disregard for the well-being and convenience of its workforce. To make matters worse, the senior-level individuals in the company appear to have no understanding of the products and services.

1. Very bad politics 2. No growth for experienced folks 3. Termination without any reason 4. No canteen facility 5. Worst HR policies 6. Fake PR marketing and reviews 7. 6 days working Pros- If you are comfortable working for 6 days in a week, go ahead and join them!

Poor company with a toxic environment and policy. They change their policy anytime without even considering employees' well being. You can never get ahead in this company if your manager or TL doesn't like you. No matter how good you are, if you fail to butter them then get ready to receive very bad ratings or even worst termination

Went for interview there. Interviewers were themselves clueless on what to ask and even I seriously doubt there technical capabilities. What I can figure out the way they take interview is they want some one to hire who agrees to whatever they say. Office resembled like my old school where there were benches row wise and on each bench 10 ,12 people sit. No concept of cubicle lol. I do not have anything against them but because of negative vibes which I felt there, I would recommend people to check , confirm everything before joining
