HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Not only was the representative JAYDEN VENTO who did an estimate for me was he knowledgeable but he actually went above and beyond to explain all the process from beginning to end when it comes to the repairs of a vehicle. Not only that he also went ahead and emails me a copy and kept great communication with me! The fun stuff is extremely nice and respectful! I've used this shop before and I've never been disappointed!!

I highly recommend this McAllen Carstar. I just had my Honda Civic repaired there. The staff and inspector were professional, courteous and efficient! Their text updates were helpful in keeping me up-to-date on the status of my car. I only have 1 car. They even paid for a Huber pick up to take me home! My repairs made my car better than new!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I am so happy with the results! My car was in an accident where I was rear ended and shoved into another vehicle. My car had more extensive damage than expected, so I expected them to take a very very long time. They did an absolutely flawless job in a timely manner. My only additional comment is that the text message updates are great in theory, but not in action. I am a very busy person with a hectic schedule and my car was supposed to be ready on my only day off & I found out that it was not ready that day by calling first. I think you need to keep tabs on them for updates instead of relying on the text updates. Despite this, everyone I interacted with was helpful, especially Hector.

I was devastated when a hit-and-run driver did significant damage to my car. It's so horrible to realize there are people like this in the world! For months, I waited to get a quote to have it repaired because I knew it would be expensive. Like most people, I work so hard for my money and don't have a lot of extra cash for such expected and infuriating things. Finally, I went to CARSTAR Collision to get a quote. Sarah was wonderful--professional, efficient, and friendly. I waited for a couple of weeks to take it in due to my schedule. When I called to make an appointment to deliver my car, Sarah made me feel like CARSTAR valued my business. My one concern was that the work would be completed on time as I only have one vehicle and decided not to rent a car. Sarah assured me it would be ready. Later that day, Joe called to offer additional reassurance. I called to return Joe's call and to check in, and Yadira was also so friendly and professional. Not only was my car done on time, but it was done a day early!!! I was so happy when I got the text to let me know I could pick it up, but not nearly as happy as I was when I saw the results of Lupe's work! Finally, I have my beautiful car back!! I highly recommend CARSTAR Collision!! I hope I never NEED body repair done on my car again; however, if I do, I know exactly where I'm going!!!
