I’ve been chasing down a refund for a YEAR to no avail. They will be the first to report you to a credit bureau but conveniently aloof, cynical, and unresponsive about issuing a refund!

Extremely horrible experience. The doctors keep changing so frequently at this practice. So practically you won’t see the same doctor you go there for your annual next time. The doctors/ MA (Dr Vikas Shah in my case) don’t care to return a call after annual physical reports. It’s been 3 weeks since my reports have come back and no call from the office, despite seven requests over phone as well as in-person. And no it’s not a “No news is good news” case. I wouldn’t get mad unnecessarily over a doctor not returning a call. My cholesterol levels have come back dangerously high and I had let the doctor know about my symptoms as well. Definitely never going back to carepoint jersey city.

Don't go to this hospital most security are disrespectful and damn rude, patient representative Seton protects staff, Charge Nure Gwendolyn is overly aggressive so is Charge Nurse Shalanda is rude as hell. I got band for calling the police and filing a complaint with the department of health for their lack of care and they would feed change my mother with dementia and locked in a room with false positive covid19 test do not go and if you have issues call the department of health and complain.

Been there a few times, the doctor never came in on time. Good thing is that the front desk was helpful, bad thing is, she was the only helpful staff in there. We usually spent about 1 and half hour waiting in that small room. The staffs weren't friendly. Disregarding the extraordinary long wait time, the doctor Oko is obviously experienced and is trust worthy. Just that I won't go back there unless they improved the wait time -it's way too long and made my sickness gone worse.

Called the office to have a first time appointment. Charlie answered the phone, was rude. Also said - looks like you are not thinking to switch for our doctor this we won’t see you. How cAn I switch for another doctor on the phone in advance if I have never seen him and it’s 50/50 chance that we would like each other?!!! I said my kid is sick and we need analysed and antibiotics. Got response - you can meet and greet doctor at 4pm today , but your child won’t be seen! Why do I need to meet and greet him then, have nothing else to do? I have a sick kid and not planning on having social rounds.
