Christ Hospital used to be one of the best hospitals in Jersey City now it's gone down so nothing they hire anybody the lady who answers the desk when you call they're wonderful but when they switch you over to patient information forget about it the man and the lady that work there are good for nothing I can't believe that nobody looks into their workers in this place to see who's working you cool they put you on hold or they never answer the phone it just keeps ringing ringing because they don't want to be bothered that's not how you supposed to be when you working in the hospital people are calling not for you for you to connect them to their loved ones and that's the job you took so you should be doing it instead of just sitting around lollygagging on your ass so I give Christ Hospital zero Stars I give them $100 for the ladies who answered the phone when you first call and the doctors but patient information you need to get rid of them people

If you have Sickle Cell please don't come here if you are in full blown crisis. One of the most painful visits I've had yet in the hospital. Doctors care less about your pain management requests. They will also prematurely discharge you. Doctor wanted to discharge me with dangerously low o2 levels. I had no choice but to self medicate and laugh throughout my visit because I'm no longer tearing up or wasting energy begging to be treated like a human being with chronic pain. Wow! damn this visit was troubling. I guess they thought Jesus was gonna take the pain away. Idk

Since my procedures in May 2024, I have been receiving bills for services that my insurance has paid for. One was resolved; the other, I had to take time out of my difficult recovery to file an appeal. The pathology department here took it upon themselves to send labs to JOHN HOPKINS, an out-of-network provider, who naturally wanted their money. I have been on the phone countless times with the insurance company, doctor's office, and Carepoint/Garden State Associates billing. In my latest bill of $655 (other bills were $400 and $450) the anesthesiologist is billing me for an already paid service that was agreed to by my surgeon and the hospital. This problem is also occurring with another Carepoint facility (Hoboken University MC) and their anesthesiologist is charging me $2,383 for a surgery service that was also already paid for. These billing practices are DISGRACEFUL and UNETHICAL. This organization needs to do something before someone sues them for fraudulent charges. It's not a surprise that people go elsewhere for medical treatment; they don't want to deal with Carepoint and their billing scams.

It was the worst day 08/02/2014, I went to the hospital, the staff is good, but the doctor ( DR. Oberon, Mandeep) is the most despicable person you can deal with, he is racist, he really doesn't know anything about medicine and dealing with patients, he is very violent and can't treat anyone, I want to talk to someone in charge of this inhuman doctor, he is not qualified to be a treating doctor, really, many things have happened, when I want to know what is wrong with me, he tells me angrily and nervously, he doesn't answer anything I want to know, I am a cancer patient and I suffer from severe pain, the doctor wrote me a letter to be admitted to the hospital and I gave it to him when I arrived at the hospital so I can be treated, this doctor did not do his job with me at all and treated me very violently, when I called my son I reported what was happening to me and my son talked to him. He took the phone away from me so that I could not talk to my son and ask the questions I wanted to know. He is not qualified to be a doctor in the emergency room and receive any case. I hope that those in charge will look into my complaint. I am very sad about this day and I cannot get over this day in my life. It is truly the worst day I have ever had since I have been in America.

Be alert I was put inpatient so I was told by a RN to change my clothes and put on a hospital robe Anyhow then a young lady security guard put my clothes in a clear bag and took it away she was supposed to write an inventory of my items and money but she never did she just took the bag away So when they finally transfer me to my floor I checked my wallet and the money was Gone come to speak to other patients that had the same problem with their wallets being completely emptied out wow its such a disgrace that the conspiracers would put their job on the line stealing it happened from 9:15 pM TO 4 Something AM. THERE WAS A FEMALE SAGENT, A YOUNGER LADY WITH BRAIDS AND A Spanish GUY BUT ALL HE DID WAS Transport ME UPSTAIRS WITH THE RN. I never got any kind Of exploration neither did the other guys . I got so 😡 Pissed of that I left against medical advice...
